For tiramisu
Mascarpone cheese, 400g
Egg yolk: 90g
Sugar, 80g
Water, 20ml
Espresso Dose, 20 ml
For pasta
- Almond flour, 200 g
- Icing sugar, 100 g
- Egg white, 100 g
- Espresso powder, 20 g
METHOD:
For tiramisu
- In a pan, boil the sugar and water till it boils barely
- Add sugar combination to egg yolk combination on gradual pace
- Add the espresso dose
- Lastly, add the mascarpone cheese
For pasta
- Almond flour, powdered sugar and occasional powder
- In a bowl, beat the egg white and sugar till gentle peaks type.
- Fold dry combination into overwhelmed egg whites
- In a silpat tube, the pasta dough
- Bake at 150◦c for 20 minutes
