  • Sewaiyan (vermicelli) 150 grams Khoya 100 grams
  • Sugar 50 grams
  • Cardamoms (powder) 5 GMS

  • Water 100 grams
  • Khajur 20 grams

    Methodology

  1. First warmth ghee in a pan, add crushed sewaiyan (vermicelli) and fry on low flame, after couple of minutes add chopped dry fruits and fry for extra minutes
  2. Take away the pan from the warmth.
  3. Now put Khoya on low warmth for couple of minutes in one other pan and add sewaiyan.
  4. Put together sugar syrup (add water to sugar and prepare dinner) in one other pan.
  5. Now add milk to the fried sewaiyan and prepare dinner on low warmth for 5-7 min.
  6. Add Jaggery in it.
  7. Add sugar syrup to the sewaiyan and carry on low warmth for 5-7 min.
  8. The dish is prepared, serve garnished with chopped dried fruits.
