Paramount World, proprietor of CBS Information, merges with Skydance Media

Paramount World, the proprietor of CBS Information, has struck a multibillion-dollar deal to merge with film manufacturing firm Skydance Media. To take action, Skydance is shopping for one other firm, Nationwide Amusements, managed by Shari Redstone, the biggest shareholder in Paramount World.
